Upcoming Online REBT Workshops

Self Align, an Affiliated Training Center of the Albert Ellis Institute conducts professional workshops for the mental health fraternity all across the country. It is one of the few centres providing Certificate Courses in REBT in India, through the Albert Ellis Institute Affiliation.

Professional REBT classroom trainings are typically a 3-day event over weekends while the LIVE ONLINE module is 3.5 hours over weekends with bonus hours thrown in.

From giving awareness talks and conducting workshops, founder Gauri Row Kavi (Therapist and Life Coach), also counsels individuals with various mental health issues.
